In this journey, MLL is being partnered by one of the leading consulting firms, who are on board for this 3 year transformational effort. Logistics in India is an exciting space and is at the cusp of major revamps- both in terms of technology and operations. The CEO's office is looking for bright candidates to be a part of this once in a life time project that offers an opportunity to work alongside the consultants. This role will provide the freedom and entrepreneurial spirit of a startup, along with the strong culture and values of Mahindra.  The candidate will work directly for the CEO's office and will be part of the Auto Outbound vertical. They will work along with the vertical head (P&L responsibility) to double the business and increase profitability over next 2 years.  This will involve the following:  - Driving large sales deals to create more marque accounts like Volkswagen, General Motors etc. It will entail establishing connect, driving customer meetings to crafting value proposition and final closure of deals  - Centrally driving supply planning for large accounts, codifying the learning, expanding to other accounts and centrally driving impact  - Monitoring implementation of new deals (projects) to ensure timely closure of the same by coordinating with all the functions involved  - Building central MIS for daily/weekly/monthly tracking of account wise and vertical performance  - Creating sourcing plan for the vertical on all 3 critical dimensions (manpower, stockyards and vehicles)  - Reviews: Lead weekly vertical reviews along with vertical heads  - On the go: Dynamic problem solving to identify areas of concern, create project team and drive implementation  - Implementation of IT solutions for tracking, route optimization and end to end transport management, similar to what Ola and Uber have done in passenger transport segment  Essential requirements:  - Project management skills - Knowledge of Project Management techniques & tools, managing & monitoring projects to achieve milestones by effectively & efficiently managing resources  - Contract management - Lead role on a significant contract renegotiation, driving value from use of performance metrics and success criteria.  - Information technology - Understanding the necessity to leverage technology effectively  - Financial reporting - Prepare, analyze & interpret financial performance measures,  - Business analytics - Performance reporting, forecasting and gap analysis  - Customer focus - Building and maintaining good customer and client relationships  Key Deliverables:  - Double the business in 2 years  - Increase Profitability by 300 basis points  - Establish 3-4 marque accounts (each worth 20-30 Cr per annum)  - Integrate technology across all top 20 accounts to create a state of the art offering to customers
