a) Job Description:

Primary responsibility will be the website. Additional responsibilities will involve brand campaign development

Preferred Candidate Profiles:

1. Digital Marketing Agency - managers who have handled website creation & management along with content creation

2. Website & content manager at a bank

3. Content platforms (digital magazines & news) - handled updating website, portals, apps as well as creating content

4. E commerce brand - Nykaa, Flipkart, Amazon, etc someone looking for a more creative outlet and move to the next level of responsibility

Corporate Website:

1) Content strategy and plan to ensure a smooth, aesthetic website experience

2) A real-time updated website that carries news about the happenings at Mahindra as it happens

3) Study, Analyze and record site asset performance and work along with other teams, SEO agency and other stakeholders to optimize traffic flow and conversion. Real-time sharing of insights and decisions on resulting actions

4) Creation of engaging content across key pages on topics like L&D, Employee success stories, ESG, Women Empowerment, CSR, Financial Results

5) Ensuring different sections of the website are updated regularly

6) Looking at redesigning pages of the website to build new components and content

7) Key KPIs will be improving traffic and engagement metrics like time spent, bounce rate etc

8) Shoots for website to ensure fresh content pipeline for website

9) Deep analysis of user behavior on the site with understanding on drop-offs, top categories, etc using Google Analytics

10) Work with agency to create wireframes and visual layouts to support the execution of various consumer journeys.

11) Ensure accurate page creation, proper QC and content refresh driving visually impactful customer experience.

12) Work closely with the tech team to articulate brand requirements and ensure timely quality delivery of the same.

13) Competitor analysis and suggestions for user journey improvements and enhancements to the platform

14) Experience testing for newly introduced features on the website

15) Coordination with various Departmental Heads / Users like Business teams, Technology teams, Vendors etc. to execute projects as per requirement

16) Blog creation

Rise Campaigns:

1) Support your supervisor in brand campaigns as needed

2) Support will extend to scripting and production

b) Preferred candidate:

- A balance of creativity for content creation and data understanding and analytics

- Strong ability to execute complex projects, managing timelines, agencies, stakeholders to deliver high quality output

- Creative thinker with the ability to develop a content strategy across the website pages and implement requirements based on needs. Should therefore have an aesthetic sense

- Should be comfortable working with data, understanding and analysing to develop insights and action plans

- Should have run digital marketing campaigns, SEM campaigns, improved SEO, developed blogs

- Strong ability of stakeholder management with exposure to agency handling and management

- Track record of showing these behaviours - Collaboration, Agility, Boldness

PERSONAL PROFILE:

a) Educational Qualifications: Graduate/PG

b) Experience: 6-8 years of work experience in managing a website, running digital campaigns and developing content

c) Skills: Quantitative/analytical skills with an appreciation for creativity, ability to plan and execute the marketing calendar with an eye on cost, time and quality, ability to effectively measure and report the impact of all marketing campaigns and assess the same against clearly laid out KPIs

d) Attitudes: A passionate individual with a positive attitude
