Internal communications & Planning :
- Understand the Group philosophy, business objectives and associated brand messages
- Create a robust annual content calendar for internal audiences using available and new channels such e-newsletters, newsroom, website, vlogs, podcasts etc.
- Create Group level guidelines for internal communications and ensure quality, consistency and impact of messaging
- Track best practices in the content space and implement to increase effectiveness"
COMMUNICATION TOOLS MANAGEMENT :
- Create & implement new tools and channels to improve distribution and effectiveness of messaging and narrative
- Maximize reach of all the existing tools including newsletters, newsroom, website, emailers, social media, etc.
- Keep abreast of emerging communication tools and technologies; Educate stakeholders on effectiveness / relevance of tools / technologies and build buy-in for investment / adoption
- Manage external agencies for content creation, back-end management of distribution channels, developing and improving UI, etc."
CONTENT CREATION & MANAGEMENT :
- Understand content strategy across the group
- Build synergy between the internal communication platforms so as to repurpose / amplify suitable content in order to build advocacy
- Develop regular communication strategies and interventions, like ""experiential programs"", and measure their efficacy for achievement against plan
- Research, write and edit content as per target audiences and identified themes; Work with agencies for creation of content regarding specific communication programs / campaigns
- Drive the creation of a Knowledge management & Digital archives system that maintains a central and searchable repository of content "
CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT - Internal Communication :
"- Provide strategic counsel around content creation for all group level campaigns; Create engagement through the campaigns with internal and external stakeholders
- Strive to generate high quality stories around ""Mahindra Rise"" through all stakeholders that can be leveraged and amplified across the Group
- Create listening posts; Activate and manage Internal Communications Council
- Oversee pre-during-post campaign listening and analytics; Share insights and iterate on content strategy based on user behavior to drive behaviors that address real business needs
- Devise suitable metrics to measure the response to and recall for the campaign "
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS :
- Education Qualifications Post Graduate in English / Journalism
- Experience 6- 10 years of relevant work experience in internal communications
