Key Result Areas:

1. Digital Marketing Intelligence, Online Reputation Management and Analytics: Manage Mahindra's SDIC (Strategic Digital Intelligence Centre). This involves tracking and listening into 100+ brand and leadership profiles globally from across the Mahindra Group. Data is captured through social media listening and analytics tools. SDIC operations are managed in collaboration with an agency partner.

- Brand Protection: Work with the agency for continuous brand monitoring and bring any potential crisis situations to attention of the relevant stakeholders within Mahindra - marketing/PR teams, business teams in alignment with the team leader.

- Insights: Use online conversations from across the group to bring out insights relevant for marketing and business

- Stakeholder Interaction & Management: Continuous interaction with marketing or business teams who are using the services of SDIC, with a clear objective to maximize value for them. Create relevant reports and present to key stakeholders in the business units which are not yet using services of SDIC.

- Brand Affinity: Work with group companies for a content strategy to influence positive chatter. Collaborate with group companies in case of crisis management. Help create a content framework to handle negative chatter by creating and seeding relevant positive chatter. Identify communities and individuals who can objectively serve as ambassadors in addressing negative chatter.

2. Social Media Strategy & Execution: Corporate Brand team at Mahindra Group plays the crucial role of building the brand Mahindra with a long-term perspective. This involves continuous monitoring of online chatter across various groups - from consumers to influencers and creating relevant content strategy to ensure positive chatter and effectively address and quell negative chatter. From said perspective the following functions need to be carried out

- Employer Branding: Support the existing team in creating employer branding through creative employee engagement activities that build brand and work culture.

- Content creation & disbursement: Collaborate with internal teams and agencies to curate and create relevant content, monitor daily, weekly, monthly content calendars and ensure right conversations are seeding in the right channels.

- Operational efficiency: ensure an efficient, streamlined social media calendar is adhered to by closing the operational gaps in curation and deliveries. Step up to lead in absence of team members. liaise with the different agencies.

- Cross Collaborate: Work with internal comms, Corp comm and SDIC to bridge any existing gaps and help the team in building an integrated comms strategy.

- Campaign management: work with the media planning team to set up campaigns and do daily reviews during live campaigns. Create daily/weekly/ monthly reports and share with the senior management.

Qualifications:

- MBA or equivalent degree in Communications with 8-10 years of experience in digital marketing// online reputation management/ digital PR, Social Media, Content Marketing, Influencer Management.

- Exposure to B2C and B2B brands

- Experience in working with corporate leaders to shape organizational reputation

Functional Traits:

- Keen understanding of ORM strategy and how to shape organizational reputation and leadership reputation online

- Good understanding of brand marketing with expertise in digital as a medium. Exposure to other media will be an added advantage

- High awareness of various digital channels including social media; in depth knowledge of various metrics relevant to these channels.

- Understanding of brand and campaign metrics

- Comfortable with data and capability to create story out of data to guide decision making and planning

- Adept in stakeholder management

- Experience in agency management and project management

- Digital PR and crisis management experience desirable

- Strategic and analytical mindset along with appreciation for creative

- Self-driven and relentless in pursuing goals, ability to lead and guide agency partners

- Ability to influence and work with people from different functions and seniority levels
