- Statutory Compliance

- Audit and Coordination on IR process

Support on-

- Data on long term settlement

- Update on ER climate

- Benchmark Best Practices in Industry

- Support on initiatives like Rise

Preferred Exposure : Manufacturing Plants

Key Challenges: Handled Unions & Industrial Unrest.
