CA with minimum 2-3 years of Internal Audit experience in NBFC, BSFI sectors.

- An indicative list of responsibilities attached to the role are documented below. These responsibilities are representative and the role holder is also responsible for any other job assigned by the superior authorities from time to time

- Process understanding

- Checklist preparation

- Data Collection & Analysis

- Participate in opening meetings & closing meetings

- Prepare Draft reports

- Get action plans from Auditees

- Present findings to Mentor/CIA

- Maintain post audit documentation

Peer review:

- Participate in other departmental activities such as investigations, meetings, presentations, departmental budget etc.

- Manages three or more audits simultaneously, ensuring the overall efficiency and effectiveness of each audit

- Acquires strong working knowledge of the Group's different businesses

- Builds strong working relationships with auditees to gather information, resolve problems and complete audits

- Effectively documents work.

- Identifies, communicates, and solves audit related issues as well as communicating audit progress in a timely and organized manner.

- Supervises, trains and mentors Auditors and Audit Trainees

- Establishing work schedules using effective audit management techniques

REQUIRED SKILLS:

- Thorough understanding of business process, systems, controls, and governance requirement

- Strong project management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.

- Strong analytical, technical and research skills.

- Ability to balance multiple priorities and complete audits within time constraints and deadlines.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to quickly adapt to changing auditee and business dynamics with recommended solutions.
