- Should be able to manage automated sort centres, with 500 headcount, 1.5 lac + WH Space

- Should have good knowledge of ms office, emails, internet, analysis and communications

- Should deliver on customer expectations of KPIs

- Should be able to drive compliance and quality objectives set for the SC
