Job Description: - Responsible for identifying, creating, and driving innovative solutions and programs that lead to improvements in the way MLL manage inventory at different customer sites and warehouses. - Exercise considerable judgment, drive strategy and tactical execution, utilize written/verbal communication at different levels, and campaign/teach inventory management excellence across the company. - Plan and implement storage strategies e.g Dynamic/Static/ slotting etc. for small and medium projects. - Horizontal deployment of best practices. - Implementing and incorporating key metrics to measure Inventory which will allow effective management of core processes and providing meaningful feedback to the business teams and operations. - Guide and implement site business teams to develop and execute daily, weekly &amp; monthly action plans that increase inventory accuracy. - Drive and implement continuous improvement culture change through best practice sharing, vocal advocacy, and visible hands-on leadership. - Support in changing the existing tools and processes or create new ones to improve - Hardlines inventory management execution and costs. - Setup process and guide team on Root cause analysis of inventory variance. - Support in creating and deploying guidlines and framework for standarsing the cycle counting and Annual stock take process.
