Job Description:

1. Lead the ERP selection phase by documenting business processes, gathering requirements, developing the procurement document (RFP, RFQ, etc.), facilitating vendor evaluation, and negotiating the software and implementation vendor contract.

2. Manage the Implementation, Solution Lifecycle Management and Support of F&A modules of ERP.

3. Take a lead role in the Requirement analysis, As-Is/To-Be process mapping, configuration management, enhancements coordination, User Acceptance Testing, Cutover Planning, go-live execution and support.

4. As part of PMO, ensure milestones and deliverables for all assigned tasks are completed on time, within budget and as planned. Identify risks and suggest mitigations throughout the project.

5. Manage ERP Vendor and Consulting Partner relationship.

6. Manage ERP Analysts and Developers tasks.

7. Assist in the creation of process flows, work instruction, test scripts and end user training.

8. Build and manage relationships internally and externally with key stakeholders.

9. Coach team on best practices.

Education: CA, ICWA, CFA, MBA

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. 12 to 14 years of professional experience, of which at least 8-10 years has been into Implementation and support of F&A modules of ERP (SAP FICO/Oracle Financials/Microsoft Dynamics 365) .

2. Successfully led and managed key ERP F&A Implementation projects inclusive of GL, AR,AP, Revenue & Cost Recognition, Payroll, Ban Reconciliation, Cash Flow Management, Profitability Analysis, India Compliance reporting, MIS and analytics.

3. An in-depth understanding of both Business process and ERP Solution for F&A function with a principled approach to broader architectural challenges and opportunities.

4. A strong understanding of ERP Implementation, Solution Lifecycle Management and User Support methodologies.

5. Conceptual understanding of different architectures and components integrating ERP .

6. Strategic thinker, analytical, detail/results oriented with excellent problem-solving skills and strong work ethics.

7. Ability to plan, estimate and lead projects, bringing the benefits of technology to solve business issues while also managing costs, risk and resources.

8. Ability to liaison with non-technical customers, F&A Function Leadership and users to conceptualize, launch and deliver ERP-enabled business change.

9. A team player with experience in leading and collaborating cross functional teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions.

10. Excellent communication and presentation skills.

11. Willingness to travel (short duration) for business.

12. Should have good negotiation and vendor management skills.
