Senior Manager/Product Head - Milk Run Operations

1) Responsible to drive last mile capacity planning and process & product improvements

2) Milk Run & Last Mile Product Head

3) Drive the P&L for Milk Run business in the Ecomm verticals

4) Responsible for driving and delivering on the customer SLAs through the regional teams

5) Create and monitor processes for the Milk Run operations

6) Liaison with the customer operations team on a regular basis and understand the evolving requirements

7) Drive productivity and cost optimization through innovation

8) Monitor Business Partner (BP) performance and work with the procurement team to drive development and engagement

9) Drive IT adoption/ Operations automation in Milk Run operations

10) Drive BP/ Vehicle compliance processes

11) Drive GPS/ Anti Theft mechanism related processes in Milk Run operations

12) Set up and Drive strong review mechanisms with the Ground team as well as customer and BP
