1. Operations responsibility for all the ecomm products nationally
2. Responsible for driving and delivering on the customer SLAs through the regional teams
3. Create and monitor processes for the operations under different products of ecomm (align with TMW)
4. Liaison with the customer operations team on a regular basis and understand the evolving requirements
5. Drive productivity and cost optimization through innovation
6. Monitor BA performance and work with the procurement team to drive development and engagement
