Mahindra Logistics - Head/Senior Manager - Cluster Operations

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Responsible for owning E2E business operations of the Grocery Product

- Drive customer KPIs and ensure smooth operations

- Responsible for handling and managing Product P&L

- Conceptualize & develop processes/SOP/workflow

- Improve product efficiency through tech-enabled solutions and processes

- Build a strong relationship with customer/Liaison with internal stakeholders to improve the customer SLAs

- Deliver superlative customer experience through process innovation and improvements

- Drive business share and margin improvement portfolio across the operating locations

- Develop people, process, and product across the operating locations

- Drive frugality, a bias for action, customer-focused aspects across the operating locations

Desired Candidate Profile :

- E-commerce background preferably Fulfilment center/warehousing experience

- Developing Customer Relationships translating into business growth

- P&L experience

- Developing a field operations team

- Knowledge of logistics market
