Functional Experience Requirements
- At least 8 to 12 years of experience in business development, hunting, relationship management
- Excellent presentation and communication skills is a must
- Ability to handle customers in an effective way and manage the account in an efficient fashion will be an important criterion (Inter personnel skills etc.)
Key Responsibilities
- The role of an Individual Contributor
- To identify key revenue generating opportunities for products and services.
- Through Interface and discussion capture customer requirements and present the relevant solution at customer visits, presentations and other follow up meetings.
- Will be responsible for driving a structured lead generation program and its follow up using internal and external resources.
- Identifies and builds relationships to key decision makers, potential new targets and influence
- Maintaining good CRM with the key accounts
- Liaison with internal teams for various development and SME's to come up with the best possible way for providing solution
- Assisting the Regional Operations Head with all sales related data
- Well versed with local market intelligence
