- Create and manage the P&L for the digital business
- Devise & execute the digital strategy to build the brand and generate business for individual projects
- Develop and execute a social media strategy to boost the brand awareness and engagement rates for the brand
- Work closely with the brand team to identify target audience on-line and create marketing content (across all mediums) for each launch
- Liaise and collaborate with internal stakeholders and digital agencies to plan & execute media plans
- Achieve business targets at targeted CPL, by managing the organic/ in-organic lead-generation mix
- Plan & execute all Web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, social media, email & sms and display advertising campaigns to ensure lead generation for the brand/ projects activated
- Create and execute integrated marketing campaigns across all digital platforms in sync with the offline media
- Tracking, analysing and optimizing the performance of the digital marketing initiatives by using various marketing analytics tools in order to maximize effectiveness and return on investment (ROI).
- Work continuously on converting visitors into leads as per buyer journey and sales funnel
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership & perspective for adoption
