- Be an integral part of the core business team working with Head of Marketing to manage P&L, Innovation & Brand Communication for the projects assigned
- Develop strategies for the brand/ projects, in-alignment with overall marketing plans
- Devise product and pricing strategies to deliver the targeted top-line and bottom-line over the complete project lifecycle
- Coordinate with advertising agencies and research agencies, to develop suitable brand initiatives to position the brand/ projects, in-line with the defined identity
- Drive the consumer research and market intelligence agenda for individual project to deploy a differentiated and relevant brand proposition every time over the project lifecycle
- Plan, execute & monitor all ATL & BTL activities so as to deliver the required awareness
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and agencies for product conceptualization, positioning, new product development and readiness for every activation
- Create and execute annual plans, budgets on brand/ projects. Keep track of all brand-related expenditures vis-a-vis budgets
- Lead the brand agenda internally and ensuring that all teams are adequately trained in both functional and behavioral aspects on a regular basis to ensure right representation of the brand at all touch-points
- Initiate and execute relevant brand tie-ups and make financial products available on-time to facilitate consumer convenience
