The regular duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Own the process of generation of actionable business and consumer insights
- Work with Sales Management team to understand metrics/KPIs and priorities, and design and develop analytics to provide adequate visibility on leading indicators for each metric
- Work closely with the site teams to ensure consistent generation of appropriate sales data
- Publication of daily/weekly/ monthly sales dashboards and/or decks by mining data from CRM portal (SFDC)
- Conducting deep analysis of Industry/Market trends, Sales trends, Variance against targets, Team productivity trends, Booking status waterfall, Inventory status etc.
- Help sales performance reviews by analysing data and using visual representation (PowerPoint etc) tools for communicating state of the business
- Coordinate and monitor the maintenance, integrity, and security of relevant databases
The incumbent is also expected to actively undertake activities including but not limited to:
- Support sales leadership during new product launches, competition benchmarking, business potential evaluation and other strategic initiatives
- Identify process improvement opportunities in Sales Operations and Data Management
- Collaborate with Procurement, Finance and CRM for sales analytics/operations
- Educate new sales managers on the SFDC CRM system
- Support Sales Operations and Sales Budget controllers
- Ensure prompt resolution of stakeholder queries and issues
- Conduct regular internal audits to ensure all Sales Executives are adhering to processes for: customer visits, booking, SAP data/hard-copy document maintenance
