Job Purpose :

Mahindra Home Finance has a unique business model focused on rural and semi-urban geographies. The strategy and marketing manager oversees all internal and external communication across all media.

Duties & Responsibilities :

- Project management to ensure on-time delivery of marketing projects.

- Working with business teams to devise strategies and marketing campaigns.

- Ensure adoption and continued improvement of physical / digital marketing initiatives.

- Managing external stakeholder communication across all media (website, social media, WhatsApp for business etc.) and also assist with presentations for MRHFL board, regulator and investors.

- Several marketing initiatives involve deep understanding of technology; he plays the role of project manager for these marketing IT projects and coordinates between the business, IT and vendor teams and ensure success of these digital initiatives

Key Challenges :

- Developing digital marketing capabilities in an organization where all processes are physical

- Coordinating across multiple departments

Professional Qualification :

- Engineering background + 2 yrs exp. Post engineering & MBA from colleges like ( SIBM / IIFT / NMIMS / TAPMI ). Post MBA experience of 2 about years.

Skills :

- Good communication skills; project management; passion for marketing experimentation targeted towards rural and semi-urban geographies
