Job Description Job Title : Project Manager - Member Experience Management Reporting Function : Member Experience Management Reports to : Head - Service Excellence, Member Experience Location : Corporate Office, Mumbai Role Summary: - In this role, the candidate would be part of the Member Experience team and manage all member facing projects across various processes and systems of Mahindra Holidays, with specific focus towards Automation and digitization of existing processes.Since the organization has a legacy attached to it and deals with long-term relationships with its customers (members), it is important to understand continuity and design processes/systems accordingly. - The role would need to understand the encompassing features of the product and help the organization design appropriate solutions so as to increase ease of transaction with the brand thereby contributing to higher loyalty scores. Key Responsibilities assigned: - Understand in detail the process/systems of Mahindra Holidays so as to identify potential areas of work - Work on key processes like Member Life Cycle management, Feedback management etc. - Work on Automation of processes using tools like RPA, AI etc. by identification of appropriate solutions - Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring process/technical feasibility - Coordination with internal resources/stakeholders and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects - Help manage departmental projects to remove roadblocks and help closure on time - Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress - Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget - Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques - Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques - Report and escalate to management as&amp; when needed - Perform risk management to minimize project risks (FMEA) - Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation plans and actions - Meet stakeholders to take detailed inputs and clarify specific requirements with respect to each project - Delegate project tasks based to junior staff members- /colleagues- according to their individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels - Track project performance, specifically to analyse successful completion of short and long-term goals - Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis - Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with stakeholders as well as other staff members - Dashboarding to ensure the results are appropriately showcased - The role will help deliver to the organization increased productivity in lesser time, higher satisfaction scores, higher loyalty scores and higher customer effort scores; in the process, impacting revenue growth as well. Key Skills required: - Proven working experience in project management - Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills - Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office - Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus - Bachelor's Degree/PG in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience Experience: 5+ years in the field of Project Management Educational Qualification: Graduates/PG in appropriate field of study
