Location - Ashtamudi, Kerala, India  Skills Required : MBA/ MSW in HR, Employee handling, IR, Statutory returns,  Job Summary :   - Works closely with the General Manager of the unit and Head   - Human Resources of the Group to develop manpower, recruitment, and training and staff welfare budgets.   - Preparation and manages departmental annual budget and implementation   - Implementation of the Human Resources Standard Operation Procedures for Recruitment, Joining, Induction and Orientation, Training and Development, Performance Appraisal, Employee administration, Succession Plan etc.  - Implementation of all Human Resources Information Systems (HRMS)   - Familiarizes and ensure compliance with all local and statutory laws/requirements of the state   - Prepares and submits periodic reports for management's use in accordance with Corporate and government requirements, such as, Monthly reports like HR MIS, attrition and analyze report, manpower reports, absenteeism reports, health and safety, accident reports etc.   - Maintains and updates files on employee records, legal documents and other Personnel matters, efficiently and confidentiality   - Ensures applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures, and union agreements are followed in relation to Grievance and Disciplinary procedures. Consults with department heads on appropriate actions and recommends to management final action to be taken   - To ensure employee security, safety and employee facilities like food, accommodation, recreation facilities etc.   - Create effective communication mechanism within the organization to encourage two way communications.   - Implements and monitors an effective employee relations and welfare programs like employee engagement activities, town hall meetings etc in the hotel.   - Regularly analyses Resort manpower requirements and recommends selection and development activities to meet those requirements   - Implement effective utilization of Manpower in all areas. Develops productivity norms in line with Business Strategy & service level requirements and benchmarks with the industry   - Develops and implements recruiting and screening systems and procedures in order to attract qualified candidates  - Develops multiple sources for hiring talent including campuses, partners, websites and referrals.   - Ensures all new employees attend the Resort's Orientation Program in accordance with organization guidelines.  - Works closely with the HODs to identify goals for different roles in line with the Organization's Vision, Values and growth objectives   - Monitors the administration of the Performance Appraisal Program and acts in an advisory capacity to hotel department heads on the process  - Manages the career and succession planning process for the Unit. Coaches and Mentors employees and supervisors in areas such as career planning, training and development, employee\personal relations.   - Works closely with the Training function to identify and implement training requirements and plans
