1. Daily / Weekly performance review of the resorts on various laid down financial parameters

2. Review the system transactions & expenses management on an ongoing basis and achieve optimum utilization across resorts

3. Control on the R&M Costs at Resorts

4. Ensure that cross-audits are conducted periodically at resorts and remedial actions are taken as needed

5. Carrying out Trail balance scrutiny & review with resorts

6. Take a lead in driving the basic training modules & assisting in standardization and implementation across resorts

- Preferably looking for CA/InterCA
