Responsibilities of the role: - Responsible for managing Referral Program's (HFRP) customer acquisition target achievement and performance - Develop and oversee programs for targeting and engaging customers across touch points like resorts, company events, promotional events, member meets, etc - Monitor dashboards for each customer touch-point and monitor the program effectiveness regularly to appraise top management - Developing different hooks and benefits for internal employees and company stakeholders to promote referrals as a sales channel - Managing overall cost budgets for referrals program - Liaising with the external agencies for research and projects associated with HFRP Skills required: - Candidate must have project management skills and ability to implement &amp; monitor processes - S/he should have excellent communication skills to enable interfacing with all Branches and HO seamlessly - Strong analytical mindset Location: Mumbai
