Job Purpose : Management of Online Campaigns for Digital & Campaign Analysis
Key Job Responsibilities :
Campaign Management :
- Handling Online search campaigns in coordination with the agency
- Suggesting new campaign ideas
- Collaborate with and manage agency partners to optimize campaigns and serve as day-to-day contact for and foster relationships with major search vendors (Google, Bing, etc.)
- Fine-tuning of current Campaigns w.r.t. deliverables and competition
- Coordinating with agency and internal Creative Manager for banners ads, landing pages and website communication for the various campaigns
- Co-ordination with agency for Search Campaigns text and image ads, landing pages and leads generation
- Collaborate with agency partners to develop the long-term SEM strategy with the goal of driving sales growth through the paid search channel
- Collaborate with media agencies to actively test and analyze keywords, advertising copy, landing pages and positioning to increase ROI and drive sales volume
- Stay abreast of new paid search engine marketing developments and opportunities in the SEM domain and incorporate into ongoing campaign management.
- Analysis of campaign data and making daily, weekly and monthly reports
- Monitoring campaign deliverables and ratios for optimal results
Sales Support :
- Generate leads from online campaigns to enable sales
- Take onus for conversions of advertising generated leads conversion into Sales
- Monitoring and controlling advertising costs for the Campaigns
Skills Required :
- Proven working experience in digital marketing
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
- Seeking out new opportunities for online marketing campaigns
- Strong team-player
Candidate Profile (Qualification & experience required) :
Qualification :
- Graduate & MBA from recognized college
Experience Required :
- At least 7-8 years experience in Digital Marketing
- Experience managing PPC, SEO and Affiliate network.
- Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice.
- Experience in Email marketing, and social media.
- Previous experience in a similar digital marketing role
