Job Purpose Statement:
The incumbent in this role will play a pivotal role in driving strategic talent management interventions across the organization. The role will provide opportunity to work closely with the leadership, regional HR and cross- functional teams in drafting talent strategies and ensuring successful execution of the same. By providing exposure to diverse aspects of talent development, this role will effectively prepare the incumbent with the essential skills and competencies for future HR leadership positions.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Assist in designing talent strategies for the organization in line with business objectives
- Drive the implementation of talent management programs and initiatives to develop, and retain high- potential employees
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify talent needs and gaps within the organization, and develop and execute strategies to address them
- Contribute to the design and execution of succession planning initiatives to identify and develop future talent pipeline within the organization
- Conduct thorough research and analysis on talent management trends and best practices, translating insights into actionable recommendations
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of talent management programs, proactively identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary enhancements
- Present insights, reports, and data analysis in a concise, clear, and impactful manner to leaders and stakeholders, enabling data-driven decision-making
- Drive existing projects effectively with minimal guidance, taking ownership and ensuring timely and successful completion
