Talent Acquisition:

- Strategize hiring for the organization

- Campus Strategy

- Tech tools introduction & transformation

- Identification and deployment of the right tools for hiring.

- Responsible for ensuring effectives and efficiency of the Recruitment process which would include driving the appropriate Source Mix of internal and external sources, cost efficiency, Turn Around Time of Hiring and Hiring from Target and benchmark organizations.

Desired Profile:

- Post qualification from Premier B School in HR with minimum in talent acquisition of which at least 3-4 yrs should have been at the Mid- leadership level

- Ability to manage influence stakeholders at the leadership level

- Should have worked with larger employee strength(15000andabove)

- Accountable for overall Talent Acquisition/Recruitments at all levels of the organisation, compensation benchmarking, salary negotiation etc.

Preferred Industry :

Banks / NBFCs / Fintech

- Demonstrated experience of building a team, deploying various recruitment models, handled changing & evolving environment.
