- Hiring for HR Team & Onboarding.
- Collaborate with Regional HR team to deliver the On-boarding Program effectiveness
- Led the process of executing customized Induction program for new hires in Leadership grades.
- Review and drive completion of Post Joining Background verification checks. Set governance process to ensure strict process compliance
- Review & track the effectiveness of the process and seek necessary process update or set benchmark practices
Experience range : 5-8 years experience
Highest Qualification : MBA HR
Graduation Stream : Any stream
