Mahindra Finance - Manager - Product Marketing

We are looking for a candidate with 5-7 years of relevant work experience for our Marketing team, based out of HO - Worli, Mumbai.

Job Purpose:

The person will be responsible for meeting various strategic and tactical brand goals of the organization as part of the central marketing team.

Duties & Responsibilities :

- The person will be responsible for all brand and product communication campaigns

- He/ She would understand consumer needs and preferences and create/modify communication to address them

- The person will be responsible for new product launches, re launch of existing products

- The person will be responsible for go to market strategies

- The person will drive various pan organization & product specific internal communication programs catering to various stake holders.

- The person will be responsible for building the brand equity of the brand Mahindra Finance.

- HE/She will also be responsible for bench marking competition and assimilate key learning's and practices.

- He/She would also be responsible for tactical communication.

- He/She would also be responsible for building a brand & product repository by building in templates, IPc and properties.

- The person will be responsible for effective interactions with marketing, advertising and communication agencies.

- He/She would also have to oversee vendor payments of the activities executed by interacting with the accounts SPOC.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Knowledge & experience related to brand building

- It will be an advantage if the person has worked in two categories

- It will also be an advantage if the person has worked on the agency and the client side

- Excellent verbal & written communication

- Good execution skills

- Quick learner
