Manager - PMS & Analytics
- Full Time MBA from Premium Institute only.
- Design, develop, and implement strategically aligned performance review processes and tools.
- Research and provide recommendations on performance management best practices.
- Design, implement and provide on-going administration of performance management systems and processes.
- To ensure review and updates on continuous basis through right Metrices
- Partner with Compensation team for PMS inputs and for various incentive schemes
- Develops and maintains HR scorecards/dashboards and other HR reporting framework and templates.
- Ensures data analysis and metrics are available, in a user friendly, secure, accurate and well-presented manner for a range of stakeholders.
- Develops and consolidates various reports using business intelligence software and best practice approaches.
- Responsible to support all the Performance Management System processes and drive the HR Analytics projects
- Ensure PMS process timelines- Goal Setting. QIP, HYA,AA, Goals Audit-completion & Analysis presentation etc
- Preparation. Implementation & Processing - RBMI policies. Special Incentives, RBMI codes ,work contract creations etc
- Drive best practices and improvements to performance management processes & systems through research, bench marking, RCA and other quality projects
- Create and drive continuous employee awareness on various incentive policies. PMS tools in SF etc
- Driving various HR analytics projects and timely procurement of data
- Partnering HR Quality team in driving various initiatives like Kaizens, RCA projects and supporting the TMW assessment.
