Job Purpose: To develop and execute learning interventions and Organisational Development initiatives in alignment to the business needs and monitor /review the impact of training programs.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1.Research & Design - OD Project & Leadership Development Programs individually or/and in liaison with outside consultants.
2. Act as an internal consultant to management in areas of productivity, organizational development, and leadership.
3.Reviews and evaluates training courses, objectives and accomplishments based on various ROI models
4. Provides expertise in the conception and execution of culture percolation initiatives.
5.Good knowledge of Training concepts
6.Experience in implementing OD / Talent Management
7. Continual Training needs Analysis
8. Alignment of training needs to changing market dynamics
9. Continuous review of training programs
10.Understand business challenges and design interventions
11. Do an organization diagnosis to improve the GPTW scores
12. Continuously liaison with management at various levels for discussions on the design and efficiency of various initiatives.
