Job Purpose:
- To design and deliver high impact training programs for Senior Leadership
- Imparting leadership skills focusing on the target role matrix while band transition
- Developing Mahindra Leadership Characteristics/Competencies
- Creating a talent and leadership pipeline.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Congregate the leadership training needs for specific Bands, by thorough analysis on the available data points like Appraisal data, MCares, CC reports, 360 degree feedback, etc.
- Designing Content for the programs identified as per training needs identified
- Conducting leadership competency/knowledge gap analysis through various data points like Appraisal data, MCares, CC reports, 360-degree reports, etc.
- Identify Learning opportunities and design training modules for the specific bands to develop Mahindra Leadership Characteristics/Competencies and performance
- Measure the business impact of learning
