Job Title: Manager ELC- Employee Life Cycle
Experience: 5-10 yrs
Location: Mumbai
Policies & Processes :
- Creation, Modification & review of all HR policies & processes
- Ensuring updation of policies on various employee portals
- Benchmarking policies as per market trends and organisation needs. New Initiatives
- Process study and benchmarking of processes
- Identification of improvement areas
- Prepare recommendation/suggestions on process improvement
- Ensure timely closure of projects based on the recommendations by the Management
Transfers:
- Monitoring of Transfer process in the system
- Maintaining MIS for Transfers.
- Ensuring adherence to SOP of the process
- Inducting PAN India HR managers on the process
- Preparing Monthly HR Metrics for Transfer Process.
- Undertaking process improvement initiatives
Confirmations:
- Monitoring of Confirmation process in the system
- Maintaining MIS for confirmations.
- Preparing Monthly HR Metrics for Confirmation Process.
- Ensure adherence to Confirmation process SOP for PAN India Should have experience in HRM processes Experience in working on SuccessFactors.
Skills:
- Good communication skills
- Knack for taking new initiatives
- Should be of analytical mind and should be good at excel.
- Should be able to maintain information and data confidentiality Should be from Good pedigree of Organization.
