Mahindra Finance - Manager - Diversity and Inclusion

Job Purpose :

To work towards building a diverse and inclusive culture in the organization through the implementation of Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) Roadmap, conceptualizing and implementing other Diversity & Inclusion related activities.

Duties & Responsibilities :

- Execution of Diversity and Inclusion strategies for the Financial Services Sector. The position will work with Group Human Resources, FSS Council and business units across the FSS to deliver the Diversity and Inclusion strategy.

- Act as a liaison with stakeholders to work on the Diversity & Inclusion related activities working towards the periodic tracking of such initiatives.

- Research and advise on diversity and inclusion related issues in the organization and create programs and values around it. Identify external trends and recognize best practice which will increase diversity among the workforce and implement it

- Prepare and build relationships among colleagues through diversity and inclusion training and sensitization sessions. Train hiring managers and HR staff on how to select, manage, evaluate and retain diverse employees by creating awareness on biases and stereotyping

- Review the organization's workplace, policies and procedures on a timely basis and ensure that these are all inclusive

- Measure and forecast diversity metrics
