Mahindra Finance - Deputy Manager - Techno Functional

We are looking for a young, dynamic, go - getter for our IT team, based out of HO - Worli, Mumbai.

Job Purpose Statement:

- We need a Techno Functional resource to stream line Technical aspects with Business requirements & involving in all the phases of development till the project Go-Live.

- Ensuring delivery of project as per the target dates.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Analysing the Business requirements and preparing the technical documents.

- Specifying the technical requirements and configuring them

- Identify relevant development platform of a project by analysing the requirements.

- Domain Knowledge of Handling Loan Product, Loan Acquisition, Loan Servicing (Vehicle Loan, Personal Loan, SME,GOLD Loan, Housing Loan)

- Floating/Fixed Interest Calculation, rate revisions, PLR linked calculation logics

- IRR Calculation, PMT, PV/FV calculation logics..

- Having Good Knowledge integration of Products Across Platform, example - Loan Integrated to Accounting System

- Good Understanding Knowledge of Accounting Software.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Professional Qualification:

Any Master / Professional degree, preferably in computer science/engg/IT.

Skills & Knowledge:

- Ability to develop complex SQL in an Oracle, MSSQL and/or other platforms

- Experience in hypothesis development and testing, research methods, and statistical modelling

- Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability and willingness to engage in many different and simultaneous tasks

- Should have Database (MSSQL/Oracle) knowledge & .NET/Java/Open Source development experience.

- 4 to 8 Years of experience.

- SDLC processes

- Minimum at least 2 Implementations End To End

- Experience in Financial industry and familiarity with various products and lines of business

- Strong quantitative ability in statistics, mathematics, or financial analysis

- Experience with statistical analysis tools preferred
