- To understand the business needs of the internal stakeholders and work with the consultant to review solutions that best caters to business needs.

- To liason between internal (BHRs, COEs, BCOEs and BHeads) and external stakeholders (Vendor) for HR Analytics related activities.

- Responsible for project planning and implementation (Procurement of server, System readiness, UAT, Deployment and Debugging support).

- To ensure data readiness for HR Analytics Application by ensuring data cleaning, and template adherence for the proper functioning of the application.

- To handle the communication related to HR Analytics projects which involves activities like documentation and presentations to BHRs, CHRs, COEs, Business Heads, Department Heads, CPO, etc.

- Responsible for user training, capturing feedback from users, and aiding support for the proper functioning and betterment of the process.

- To benchmark the HR Analytics practices with the industry.

- To coordinate with the Mahindra Finance IT Team to ensure server readiness, support in server up-gradation and migration-related activities.

- Promote data driven decision making through predictive analytics insights.

- Responsible for preparing the EID document for TMW Assessment as per the TMW guidelines
