Mahindra Finance - Deputy General Manager - Safety/Security & Hygiene

Job Purpose Statement:

Execute as per the Approved Plans and Directions given in the function of Safety, Security & Hygiene ( creation and maintenance ) overall analytical supervision, monitoring and reporting to Head of Department from Time to Time

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Drive the initiative of Safety, Security and Hygiene in the Organization with Passion and Intend to serve.

- Levels of Safety, Security and Hygiene's should be identified, proposed, explain the needs and outcome favoring organization.

- Understand and execute the plans and directions as issued for the effective of the departmental process.

- Review and Report Operational Effectiveness and drive the implementation of process with enhanced effectiveness.

- Guide and Motivate Team towards achieving the set functional and departmental objectives.

- Monitoring requirements of infra and facility for all the offices across the country, monitoring costs and analyise the variance if any.

- Liaoning with the concerned parties i.e. associates, service providers, government agencies etc. obtaining necessary approvals and ensuring smooth running and timely completion of the task.

- Identifying new areas of improvisation, prepare road maps to drive the same and ensure execution as approved/instructed.
