- Working on the D&I agenda of the organization in collaboration with D&I council and other stakeholders
- Support the Identification and development of Top Talent within the Financial Services sector in close consultation with respective Leadership Team.
A. Diversity & Inclusion:
- Co-creating D&I strategies and initiatives to sensitize and build inclusive mindset and culture within the organization.
- Close monitoring of D&I Roadmap and scorecard for meeting defined D&I Targets.
- Co-Lead Affinity groups for women and creating community groups for other Diversity spectrums like PwD etc.
- Reimagining processes/Policies to make them more inclusive for diverse groups (women & PWD).
- Partnering with Business HR, State HR and Talent Acquisition team to drive Diversity Hiring PAN India.
- Managing diversity audits - TMW (The Mahindra way).
B. Employer Branding:
- Talent identification for a specific level of employees in the organization using various Hi-Potential Assessment Models
- Maintaining all talent related data for the Financial Services sector as required from time to time within prescribed formats.
- Support and Drive Various employer branding initiatives
- Champion the GMC (Hi potential Management Trainees hired from Premier Management Institutes) Life Cycle within the Financial Services Sector
