- Designing, Implementing, Controlling and Monitoring Compensation Policy & Total Rewards Framework
- Preparation of compensation budgets
- Compensation benchmarking for India & overseas markets
- Creation & Implementation of Incentive/ Bonus/ Performance Pay Plans within the Statutory Framework
- Sound understanding of statutory regulation related to compensation
Duties & Responsibilities (List in the order of importance the duties & responsibilities of this job)
Compensation and Benefits
- Responsible for compensation & benefits benchmarking for Indian & overseas markets
- Preparation & monitoring of compensation budgets
- Preparation of various compensation stimulations
- Responsible for implementation of ESOP scheme.
- Understanding of statutory framework wrt LWF, PF, ESIC, Min wages etc
- Responsible for successful implementation of Total reward framework.
- Responsible for creation of compensation structures & aligning employees with the grid.
- Responsible to ensure and provide necessary data monthly, including new hires, salary change etc for payroll process (including pre- payroll) in a timely manner.
Relevant Compensation experience of at least 7 - 8 yrs
