Mahindra Comviva - Business Analyst

Skills Required :

- Hands on experience in creating SRS/BRD/FSD.

- Knowledge & experience of using UML for sequence diagrams & use case creation.

- Proficient in using on MS-Office, Visio, HTML editors like Dreamweaver or FrontPage

- Communication skills.

- Proactive approach for handling tough & tricky situations.

About Role :

Requirement Gathering

1. Present the existing solution to the client

2. Gather client's expectation form the product.

3. Assist in mapping client expectation to the functionality available in product.

4. Prepare list of all customizations required to meet client expectation.

Requirement Analysis, Requirement Validation and Requirement Implementation

1. Discuss with development team the feasibility of implementing client specific customizations in the product.

2. Based on the project kick off workshop prepare FSD.

3. Get the FSD reviewed internally by various stakeholders

4. Get closure on FSD by getting client sign off.

5. Have internal kick off for implementation with all stakeholders in order to clarify and define the project scope.

6. Ensure timelines that have been communicated to client are also clearly mentioned to all internal stakeholders as well.

Knowledge Transfer (KT)

1. Give KT to development team in order to clarify and elaborate the scope of work.

2. Give KT of project scope to testing team.

3. Give KT of project scope to documentation team.

Product Validation

1. Review UAT cases provided by PVG team for the client delivery.

2. Perform sanity testing of a client release by running various test cases from UAP on the same.

3. Ensure there is no gap in terms of scope and final delivery for client.

Product Training & UAT Sign off

1. Review training material provided by documentation team.

2. Provide training to various stakeholders from client end.

3. Assist client in performing UAT.

4. Assist Program Management team to get sign off on the project.

RFP Compliance & Product Roadmap

1. Participate and assist BD team for RFP compliance and submissions.

2. Proactively engage with Product Management team to envision product roadmap
