Mahendra Realtors & Infrastructure - Business Development Manager

- To Generate Business for Building Waterproofing, Repairs & Restoration Division from Corporate & Institutional sectors as well as Large residential & Commercial Building Societies in Mumbai, Thane & Navi Mumbai Districts.

- To identify & create pipeline of Leads for Waterproofing, Repairs & Restorations of buildings & position the company in the target markets as a leading player delivering projects with focus on Quality, On Time & Within Budget.

- Work with management to develop proposals that speaks to the client's needs, concerns, and objectives.

- Presentation, Pitching, Negotiating & generating Business.

- Networking with Structural consultants specialised in Re-pairs, Secretaries of Building Societies, Trustees, Sales Per-sons of Chemical, Paint, Tiles companies etc.

- Ensuring Timely payments by clients as per terms agreed upon.

- Preparing daily, monthly & Quarterly performance reports, & Analyze targets Vs. Actual.

Salary offered: 8 - 12 LPA
