Key responsibilities areas:-
- Handling End-to end employee cycle.
- Handling the recruitment process. Hire candidates from different sources like database, job posting, referral network, campus hiring etc.
- Streamlining the hiring process and develop new hiring strategies.
- Facilitating the on boarding and induction of new employees
- Engagement of various stakeholders to the company's platform in order to create a brand awareness.
- Taking care of the exit formalities and full & final settlement of accounts of employees.
- Preparing the training calendar and providing the management training to all the employees.
- Time to time planning and executing various engagement activities for employee.
- Handling employee issues.
- Managing the attendance and leave system.
- File management.
- Preparing the MIS report weekly, monthly
