Job Description:

- Plan, coordinate and run digital marketing campaigns and track performance with primary objective of lead generation for the website.

- Devising strategies and analyses to drive online traffic to Company Website.

- Conceptualizing, developing and managing digital marketing campaigns including email marketing, SEO, SEM PPC, Social Media, marketing database and display advertising campaigns etc.

- Conceptualizing marketing campaign on Google Ad words, Facebook Ads, and other websites in order to generate leads/appointments.

- Monitoring and evaluating digital marketing and online campaigns success using performance reporting and analytics and making recommendations for amendments and improvements.

- Design, build and maintain our social media presence.

- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.

- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.

- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.

- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.

- Responsible for offline marketing activities and Understanding of the entire online marketing and sales cycle.

- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.

- Co-ordination, Management & Proactive follow-ups with Online Business, Tech team, Marketing & other stakeholders to complete the tasks at hand with in the required time and ensuring the highest quality.

- Designing and implementing online marketing strategy to drive sales.

- Building and managing relationships with clients.

- Suggest online marketing strategy to clients based on their business needs.

- Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.

- Managing online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness.

Desired Candidate Profile - 

- Needs to have passion for brand building and creativity are required for this role.

- Self-starter that can succeed under limited supervision.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong analytical skills.

- Experience meeting monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.

- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new changes in technology and Highly creative and innovative thinker.

- Minimum 3-4 years working experience in digital marketing- managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display communication along with Masters in Management (Marketing) is required.

- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online/offline marketing.
