Job Responsibilities: - Work closely with Sales team to stich end to end deal - Oversees all aspects of proposal preparation, ensuring quality, compelling bids are submitted in a timely manner. Review all customer requirements to ensure that they are met in the proposal and collaborate with a wide variety of involved parties to include all necessary information within the proposals - Tasked with coordinating incoming bid requests and proposal responses, the Big Manager must organize and track all requests and responses using company databases. Maintain and update this database regularly. Set up customer profiles in appropriate databases and maintain customer information. - Coach for leading sales staff such as Account Managers and Sales Executives whom they guide through the entire deal cycle and help them score large deals for the company - Act as a mentor, their goal is to train and educate sales staff in a way that will spark company growth - Provide potential and current clients with excellent customer service. Work to improve customer satisfaction and ensure that important clients are retained, quickly developing and implementing solutions when the potential to lose a customer presents itself. Regularly communicating with customers to notifying them of any project updates or changes - Negotiate with potential and current clients in order to secure deals and implement pricing agreements between vendor and customer - Assist with bid pricing and submit pricing suggestions for review and approval - Analyze company's services in market and research for new trends - Develop effective sales/marketing tool kits and be able to put together top class responses to bids/tenders - Provide inputs for developing pricing policies, market entry strategies and client management program - Provide analytical support and feedback, forecasts, reports, competitor information and field intelligence to Magnasoft leadership team - Must have helped in closing single deal of $5 million+ deals with Sales team in India market Soft Skills: - Socially adept - Strong communication - Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines - Attention to detail - Excellent time management and organisation skills - Ability to work closely with multiple teams &amp; manage potential inter-department conflicts Domain knowledge: - Sound have sound understanding of Geospatial domain - GIS, LiDAR, Photogrammetry, Ortho Photo concepts, Navigation, Data Conversion, Enterprise GIS Application development - Prior project delivery experience including managing teams - Experience in closing deals in Indian Geospatial industry - Should have work experience or handled Middle East region - Showing proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint - Obtaining proposal management experience - Demonstrating previous exposure to contracts and an understanding of basic contract language - Providing proven leadership and management experience - Having extensive sales experience - Possessing experience interacting with executive-level staff - Comfortable with Geographical information related Rules &amp; Regulations in India - Showing an understanding of the bid process - Knowledge of document management methods
