2. JOB PURPOSE

- The role is responsible for marketing activities and managing the sales processes within the overall policies of the company.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

Accountabilities

Key Performance Indicators

Channel Management

- Managing a network of dealer / channel partners,

- Imparting training to them and monitoring the network to achieve sales targets.

- Dealer Relationship

- Enrolling New DSA

- Should be process Oriented

Business Targets

- Achieving Annual/Quarterly/monthly sales volume for CE Business

- Deliver the targeted spread in terms of interest rates for the business

- Responsible for the monthly productivity

Promotional Activity

- Executing the local marketing activities in the zone as per agreed plans

- Abreast of Market Information

- Keeping the track of competitors and update the strategies accordingly

- Explore emerging markets.

5. Qualifications & Experience:

- Should a Graduate from a recognized Institute.

- Should have overall 7+ yrs of Experience in reputed Bank/NBFC

- Willing to travel on all days.

- With sound knowledge in finance industry. Local knowledge is must.

- TAT Deliverables

- Know the customer well

- Should know the topography of CV Market

- Should have Customer Database

- Having sufficient process knowledge of Credit & Operations
