Magma Fincorp - Manager/Senior Manager - Sales

- Good understanding of CF market that will help to source CF cases by existing developers and channels

- Preparation of cash flow based on CF cases and projection

- Obtaining data from Developers and validation

- Prepare loan files for CF cases

- Sharing the copy of cases and files to credit teams

- Communicating with builders and credit team

- Maintaining good relations with Developers during and post sanction and disbursement

- Taking up and sourcing cases as and per business requirements

- Servicing the Developer in post-disbursal stage & Travelling will be a part of the role
