Accountabilities
Channel Management
- Responsible for identifying and empanel Channel Partners.
- Activate and manage performance .
- Regular visits to channels
- Training of Channel .
- Sending MIS on regular basis .
- Driving channel for target achievement payment process clarity to channel and deal closer.
- Responsible for handling channels E2E. And ensure that the channels deliver the expected volumes to the organization.
- Responsible to meet Month on Month targets and ensuring the Productivity of channels is met.
Sales Process Management
- To ensure files given by channel are processed through Magma System .
- Handle escalations, care appeals .
- Achieving Annual/Quarterly/monthly sales volume for Unsecured SME Loans
- Deliver the targeted spread in terms of interest rates for the business
- Responsible for the monthly productivity
Customer Management
- Meeting Channels, training them on regular intervals on changes on policies and updating them Time to time.
- Going on joint field visits along with channels and credit, opening new customer calls etc.
- Manage customer queries &interact with them for smooth services .
Abreast of Market Information
- Keeping the track of competitors and update the strategies accordingly
- Explore emerging markets
