As the Head of Talent Acquisition & People Operations, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our company's culture, driving talent acquisition strategies, and ensuring a seamless employee experience. You will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing team while implementing best practices in recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee development.
Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to attract top-tier talent.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
- Build and maintain a strong employer brand through various channels and partnerships.
People Operations:
- Design and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's goals and values.
- Oversee employee onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires into the company culture.
- Implement and manage performance management systems, including goal setting, regular feedback, and performance reviews.
Team Leadership:
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing Talent Acquisition & People Operations team.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that promotes collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Employee Development:
- Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of our workforce.
- Identify and support opportunities for career growth and progression within the organization.
Employee Engagement:
- Create and execute employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and motivating work environment.
- Conduct regular surveys and feedback sessions to gauge employee satisfaction and implement improvements as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a leadership role within Talent Acquisition and People Operations, preferably in a startup environment.
- Strong understanding of current trends and best practices in talent acquisition, employee development, and people operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving startup environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or HR certification is a plus.
