Magicpin - Financial Analyst

- Work closely with the senior leadership team to execute the vision of the Company by providing financial planning, assessing company's overall financial picture, and understanding their needs to devise an appropriate financial plan

- Strategic / long term plan evaluation on growth, market share, revenue, costs & profitability

- Business partnering with various stakeholders on reviewing and monitoring of functional KPIs

- Identify and drive revenue enhancement and cost optimization programs

- Competitive and internal benchmarking on operational and financial metrics at periodic intervals

- Use analytical and datadriven approach to gain a strong understanding of a rapidly changing business and marketing pipeline, identify opportunities, risks and variances

- Generate meaningful and actionable insights on the MIS and prepare management for Board meetings and investor discussions

- Respond to requests from leadership related to critical business needs within the limited time frame

- Create reports which analyze week to week, quarter to quarter as well as year to year change

- Candidates with data analysis background with 1-3 year of experience

- Candidate with very structured thinking, comfort with Maths and Statistics and experience of handling complex analysis

- Should be process oriented and have strong work ethic

- High level of dedication with an ability to do multi-tasking

- Industry competitive based on fit and experience
