Roles & Responsibilities : - Part of the corporate development / strategy team - Support in strategic decision in relation to business expansion & product roadmap - Manage M&A activities, including sourcing, due diligence, negotiation of terms, co-ordinating with various advisors, etc. - Support in fund raising activities; co-ordinating with various stakeholders including advisors, investors, etc. - Support in developing the Company' IR strategy for delivering enhanced shareholder value and ensure execution of the same - Keeping abreast with the market dynamics to provide useful insights, market research-based knowledge and analytical support for decision making. Provide timely analysis with respect to the shareholding pattern, price movement, quarterly result, valuations, sectoral analysis in comparison to the peers. - Maintain and manage relationship with key market participants .i.e. brokers, analyst and fund managers. Regular interactions via meetings, conferences to facilitate better business understanding. - Prepare quarterly and annual business deck, investment thesis and provide shareholders perspective to top management and business leaders. - Prepare corporate communication/presentation for external communication, AGM presentations, shareholders resolutions and responses for potential shareholders queries, credit rating agencies, lenders, press releases, website etc
