Education Qualification Essential : Post-Graduate from TIER I and II colleges

Experience : 3 - 5 years, Exposure in Real Estate Industry will be preferred

Location : Noida

Purpose of the role :

- Research Analyst /Senior research analyst will under primary and secondary market research along with data analytics and report writing.

- The incumbent will work as an individual contributor. Being an experienced professional, he/she is expected to handle assignments with a high degree of independence. In addition, a Senior Research Analyst will also be given a team to handle on the case to case basis. During such assignments, he/she is expected to mentor the assigned resource and be responsible for their work delivery.

- This position will serve as a bridge between Senior Manager-Research/Manager-Research and Research Analyst(s).

- Senior Research Analyst with good performance track record is expected to graduate to Manager-Research role.

Functional Responsibilities :

- Independently manage research assignments on real estate and allied sectors - either as a part of an ongoing client engagement or as a part of business development efforts conducted by the entity

- Conduct Data Analytics for as per given assignment; output from such analysis can be used across multiple platforms.

- Conceive, design and execute primary and secondary research covering :

a. Real Estate Market - prevalent trends in real estate market from demand, supply, price trend perspective, vacancy, sold/unsold stock, new launches, absorption rate etc.

b. Infrastructure development and impact on the realty market

c. Development control regulations and others laws impacting the consumers and reality market.

d. Internal data - Analysis of internal database of the company consisting of property listings and property searches by consumers to drive market trends and consumer preferences.

e. Reports - Covering various aspects of real estate market which give an insight into recent/future developments. These reports will be used for internal and external clients.

f. Company : Business model, segments, revenue model, strategy, issues/challenges, M&A history, competitive positioning, organization structure, key management, recent developments, SWOT, etc.

g. Market : Industry value chain, size and growth outlook, trends and drivers, growth inhibitors and challenges, competitive landscape, Porter's / PESTLE analysis, etc

h. Competitors : comparative performance of companies on financial and operational KPIs, relative strengths and weaknesses, etc.

i. Assess and analyze the above to draw be-spoke insights for the internal and external clients

- Contribute to the delivery and presentation of client deliverables (MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Word) - prepare client ready presentations that are well structured, logical and clear to understand

- Articulate findings through visually appealing/appropriate frameworks and in a clear, concise, and grammatically correct business English (both written and verbal)

- Work reasonably independently, with appropriate supervision and guidance from Manager

Domain Knowledge :

- Gain sector knowledge required for successful completion of projects with the research team as well as assisting other teams in real estate related tasks
