Purpose of the Role Manager, Research will be responsible for managing execution of assignments. The candidate is expected to coordinate, execute, manage, and deliver the projects under Research Team. - He/she will be responsible for the performance of the team in terms of quality, adhering to timeline, and meeting assignment objectives. - As a senior resource, he/she is expected to mentor junior resources and assist them to pick-up market knowledge and skill sets to enhance their productivity. Job Responsibilities: Project Management - The candidate is expected to lead research projects and various research reports the team will be working on. - The candidate is expected to coordinate, execute, manage, and deliver the projects single handedly. The projects to be handled include sector reports, reports and analysis for internal consumption as well as for sharing with media. Primary and secondary research - Conduct Primary and secondary market research on real estate and allied sectors for preparing sector reports, for internal consumption, and for sharing with media. The candidate should have good data analytics skills. - Conduct Data Analytics, for preparing such sector reports. - Undertake report writing as individual contributor as well as assist team members in research report writing. Domain Knowledge - Developing and maintaining sector knowledge required for successful completion of projects with the research team, as well as assisting other teams in real estate related tasks.
