- The person will Act as SPOC for all HR related matters
- The person will be responsible to work with the Business Leaders to create and implement HR plans in line with the business goals.
- Partner with the leadership team for organizational design, personnel planning, employee retention, and skills assessment.
- To act as a partner to stakeholders and proactively advise and support managers on all issues relating to employee relations, rewards, learning and development, resourcing and performance management.
- Ensure successful implementation of performance assessment & development framework by ensuring timely goal setting/ KRAs, performance review, performance development plan to drive high performance across BU.
- Be the first point of contact for all employee grievances and partner
- Responsible for Partnering with business leaders and other support functions to maintain a highly motivated and engaged workforce
- Implement new policies, procedures and programs in support of Business plans
- Drive engagement initiatives like New hire Buddy/ mentoring program, Voice of Employee, Round tables and R&Rs
- Support the L&D team in conducting training needs assessment for employees across levels
- Collate, analyse and produce critical management information on a regular and an ad hoc basis including monthly HR reports.
- Responsible for on boarding and partnering with the recruitment team in hiring associates based on business forecasts
- Responsible for statutory compliance
